Customers and business partners from Montenegro, Macedonia, Greece, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and other countries confirmed the importance of this event for regional cooperation and joint development.   <\/p>\n<h4>Inspiring presentations and knowledge exchange<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The official part of the program was opened by our colleague Sa\u0161a Tanovi\u0107, who analyzed the quality of wheat flour in 2024 through an expert presentation. His presentation laid the foundations for a discussion on the quality of raw materials and their importance in the baking industry. Representatives of WTW insurance further enriched the program by referring to the possibilities of improving corporate insurance programs, which especially attracted the attention of the attendees. Our colleague Igor Rebi\u0107 presented in detail the current trends and challenges in baking, while our colleague Simona Dulovi\u0107 concluded the presentation part by presenting innovations in our assortment, which caused great interest among guests.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Tasting and networking<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After the official part of the program, guests had the opportunity to taste our new products and participate in discussions on improving the process and product quality. This segment of the event provided an opportunity for an informal exchange of ideas and experiences, as well as a better acquaintance with representatives of our partners from Barry Callebaut and MC Labor, who presented their products and equipment at their stands. <\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>The event ended with a joint lunch at the Ethno Restaurant, where socializing and deepening of ties between partners continued in a relaxed atmosphere. &#8220;Bakery Day&#8221; once again showed how important it is to nurture partnerships and work together on the strategic development of the industry. This event represents an important step towards achieving our common goals and strengthening the connection between all actors in the bakery industry. We would like to thank all participants for their presence, support and contribution that inspires us to move forward.
