The Demo Center is a hub that brings together tradition, experience, new technologies, and trends into one place. This is where the ideas take shape. As our motto suggests, the modern Demo Center was designed to be a space where ideas materialize. It has served its purpose since May 2017.

Equipped with state-of-the-art devices that meet basic needs and high standards for working with raw materials, the Demo Center operates in multiple directions:

• quality control of powdered products,
• development of new products,
• improvement of existing product quality,
• practical work with customers and
• training.

By continuously monitoring contemporary trends in baking and confectionery, we have a ready response to market demands. In addition, the doors of the Demo Center are open to all existing and new partners. The pinnacle of our work at the Demo Center is that it is working with customers. Numerous satisfied groups and individuals have passed our doors, and the joy of creation and camaraderie is always present. Many ideas have been realized, and many more are yet to be developed.

As a new development that starts in autumn, we are launching a baking academy. This idea was born many years ago and matured over time. The academy’s mission is to provide education at various levels of knowledge and raise awareness among producers about the importance of education and use of high-quality ingredients, thereby elevating the quality of the baking and confectionery profession in the region. This project, in a way, completes our company’s mission.
