The second PIP Caravan of this year was held on May 29, 2025, at Terme Laktaši. This event brought together partners, friends, and experts from the bakery industry of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, marked by professional knowledge exchange, inspiring presentations, and the introduction of new products.
The program began with expert lectures. Saša Tanović, Head of Technology and Development at PIP Food Group, spoke about the importance of proper recipe formulation and managing the technological production process. The company’s director, Rodoljub Ivković, presented an analysis of the bakery market in Serbia and the region, while Simona Dulović, Product Development Manager, discussed modern trends and product range in the bakery industry.
After the educational part, guests enjoyed a tasting of PIP’s wide product assortment — both new items and those already recognized in the BIH market. In a relaxed atmosphere, attendees had the opportunity to learn more, share experiences, and enjoy informal socializing.
The event concluded with a joint lunch, leaving impressions that confirm this kind of gathering is invaluable for strengthening partnerships and supporting the development of the bakery industry in the region.
